The same gear we hand our own customers at the bar. Our AluBall Pro shaker and strainer bags aren't novelty add-ons — they're the exact setup we use behind the counter, day in and day out, to make kava the traditional way without the mess.

The AluBall Pro is the world's first redesigned kava maker: a 36-oz BPA-free Tritan bottle with Tanoa Grips (a modern take on the traditional kava bowl) and a 6-oz AluShell twist-off cap modeled after the coconut shell kava is traditionally served in. The patented AluBall brewing ball holds 1–2 tablespoons of kava root powder, so you can shake, strain, and pour without ever touching a mixing bowl.

Our strainer bags are custom made to a 150-micron mesh — fine enough to strain every bit of fiber out of your brew while still letting the full kavalactone content through. FDA-approved for food use, BPA-free, washable, and double-stitched in an 8" x 10" oval. No nylons, no old t-shirts — just the same commercial-grade bags we use in our own kava bars.
